Spaces
Following the restoration and redevelopment work completed by the Bianchini Riccardi family in 2019, the Villa offers its guests:
- Multiple interior rooms on about 390 sq.m of living rooms and about 100 square meters of equipped service areas, including kitchen, bathroom, and a room for reception and back office;
- An event space of about 80 sq.m, equipped with two support rooms and a multi-service bathroom area, for a total of 184 sq.m;
- Outdoor areas arranged on two terraces. The upper one, of approx. 780 sq.m and the lower one, of 520 sq.m, for a total of about 1300 sq.m. The lower garden has a swimming pool with a wonderful view of the Umbrian valley;
- Three beautiful Suites, arranged on approx. 420 sq.m, two of which accessible from a large Billiard Room;
- A private church for religious ceremonies;
- A large guarded car park.
Villa Bianchini Riccardi, managed by the family itself, is offered for the exclusive use of guests and customers.

The interior spaces of Villa Bianchini Riccardi allow to live a unique experience: to share the history, art and culture of an extraordinary region for your stay or event. Guests can choose between different indoor environments which are perfectly adaptive according to the number of guests:
- On the west side, from the Entrance Hall, passing through the various reception halls, to the Octagonal Room and the Music Room, the interiors always provide excellent solutions for both winter events or in case of bad weather.
- On the east side there is now a renovated and elegant space, derived from the ancient private theater of the Villa. In front of its entrance door, located at the top of the staircase on the east side of the Villa, there is also a raised outdoor area.
The multiplicity of spaces allows an ideal organization for every event. From lunch to dinner or for an aperitif, small and large groups find the right size in the respect of the guests’ privacy. Villa Bianchini Riccardi and the Bianchini Riccardi family offer the same high level of professionalism for corporate events, private events, presentations or other celebrations.

Suites
All suites have a double bed or a couple of beds, own bathroom and a panoramic view of the garden and the valley. For their size, they are ideal not only for couples but also for families or groups, given the possibility of adding beds or cribs. The wide walls of the building guarantee a pleasant temperature in the Villa even in the hottest summer days.
The large Billiard Room, reachable from the hallway with the internal staircase or elevator is accessible from the rooms, is cleverly painted on the walls and ceiling and decorated with numerous paintings depicting the major Italian ports.
Rome Suite
Located at the end of the west side, the spectacular “Rome suite” is enriched by paintings along the walls and overlooked by a large painted coffered ceiling. The four majestic canvases that decorate it depict from above dozens of scenes of everyday life from the ‘700 in the markets of the capital and surround the large double bed positioned at the entrance of the room, giving guests the impression that they are also part of the scenes depicted. Two windows with a view, at the sides of the canvas depicting Palazzo Borghese and the port of Ripetta, flood the large room with light, as well as providing the guests with a unique view.
Hunting and Friar’s Suite
Entering the “Hunting and Friar’s suite”, richly frescoed, you are immersed in an idyllic countryside landscape, showing scenes of hermit life, in which you can recognize landscapes, villages and swallows. Under the barrel vault there is a single sofa bed, while in the two small side rooms, the bathroom areas. In the room adjacent to the first room, with a large double bed, there are three paintings with hunting scenes and a finely frescoed ceiling.
Cardinal’s Suite
The “Cardinal’s suite” consists of two rooms. The first with a finely decorated coffered ceiling, houses an elegant living room adorned with three canvases depicting various scenes. The second, used as a double bedroom, is distinguished by the direct access to the private chapel, which allowed the Cardinal to devote himself to prayer without leaving his flats. It too is adorned with decorative canvases on two sides and has access to a large bathroom with bathtub.

Outside
Villa Bianchini Riccardi, surrounded by a beautiful landscape of olive groves, offers its guests two outdoor spaces arranged on two terraces, both overlooking the valley and the beautiful Umbrian countryside.
The main terrace in front of the Villa hosts important tree species such as lime trees, palms and cedars of Lebanon; the lower one, the exclusive garden with swimming pool, planted with many palm trees and various species of plants and flowers. The exteriors are bordered along the walls by ornamental stone busts.
In a unique position, at the foot of the mountain, the courtyard in front of the Villa and the exclusive garden allow you to enjoy both romantic sunsets by the pool, between flower beds, and cool moments of relaxation in the shade of ancient trees.
The lower garden, large and sunny, is particularly suitable for outdoor events with a smaller number of guests: aperitifs by the pool, photo shoots or relaxing afternoon activities.
The entrance forecourt, is ideal for impressive entrances, as well as for creating videomapping effects on the facade or to reserve a special welcome to the guests.
